Inox is a data browser application built by Digita to demonstrate how Tim Berners-Lee’s Solid specification benefits end users.

The key assumption of Inox is that people will have access to multiple and that those pods are not necessarily writable. That is, Digita envisions a Solid ecosystem in which people will have a read-only pod at their government, a read-only pod at their bank, a read-only pod at their supermarket and a writable pod of their own (e.g. to store likes and friends).

Inox is designed for two purposes: to be whitelabeled and to run as the Inox instance.

Next to Solid, Inox also implements several other, complimentary features.
